Federica Ponce:
Master of Arts in Child Development with Concentration in Children with Special Needs (Elliot Pearson Department of Child Development, Tufts University), Licensed Preschool Educator, Bachelor of Art, Preschool Education Major (Universidad Metropolitana) and Superior Technician in Preschool. She is expert in education fields, with special concentration in children with special needs. She created, developed and teaches a special program of tutorial education for children using special activities to improve their learning skills. She has been involved in several projects involving creative and dynamic activities for improving education.

Since 1997 she Works in Massachussets supporting Latino Communities in cultural diversity and immigration areas. Maria Luisa was the coordinator of the School Connection Program.
