Federica Ponce:
Master of Arts in Child Development with Concentration in Children with Special Needs (Elliot Pearson Department of Child Development, Tufts University), Licensed Preschool Educator, Bachelor of Art, Preschool Education Major (Universidad Metropolitana) and Superior Technician in Preschool. She is expert in education fields, with special concentration in children with special needs. She created, developed and teaches a special program of tutorial education for children using special activities to improve their learning skills. She has been involved in several projects involving creative and dynamic activities for improving education.

Maria Luisa Parra:
Instructor at the Department of Romance Studies, Boston University, organizer of The Greater Boston Latino Studies Consortium. Since 1997 she Works in Massachussets supporting Latino Communities in cultural diversity and immigration areas. Maria Luisa was the coordinator of the School Connection Program. She holds a BA, Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México, MA, PhD El Colegio de México.

Carlos E. Ponce S.
PhD candidate (Northeastern University), Master of Arts in Urban and Environmental Policy and Planning (Tufts University), Master of Studies in Environmental Law (M.S.E.L.) (Magna Cum Laude) (Vermont Law School), Lawyer (Andres Bello Catholic University). Fulbright Fellowship, Tufts Fellowship, World Bank/Fundayacucho fellowship, European Union Visitor Program, US Department of State Visitor Program. Mr. Carlos Ponce has over 15 years of professional experience in the field of political analysis, environmental justice, Latin American studies, sustainable development, economic and social development. He is committed the development and attainment of democratic institutions and human rights advocacy. He has researched and written about the phenomena of Latin American political and social behavior directly from the frontlines, an opportunity only a select prestigious few analysts are afforded. He is lecturer at Tufts University (Medford Massachusetts) and professor at the Universidad Central de Venezuela.

He is the president, owner and consultan of ITP Consultores and director of Imolko. He has been working as consultant of top of the line companies and organizations like CANTV/Verizon, United Nations Development Program, CAF, among others. Member of Amnesty International since 1981 and he was member of its International Executive Committee (IEC, 2003-2005). In Venezuela, he had responsibilities as Campaign Coordinator, Action Networks Coordinator, Chair of the Venezuelan Section and the Honorary President of AI in Venezuela.
